The Hellenic Heritage Foundation ('HHF') recognize your right to confidentiality and we are committed to protecting your privacy.

Types of information we collect and how it is used
The personal information we collect is given to us voluntarily via the following methods:

Information requests about our organization, membership, events, etc. These requests are recieved either on-line, via email or by phone or fax.
Event registration forms
Membership registration forms
Donation and/or sponsorship payments

Personal information collected is used internally for invitations to HHF events, invitations to HHF Third Party Events, invitations to other Greek organization events (when relevant), donation solicitation, bi-weekly email greeting to members, member database maintenance, volunteer notices, newsletter distribution, information request responses, event fee and sponsorship accounting, to process and receipt donations, disclosure to accountants for audit prepraration (if required)and disclosure to finanancial institution to obtain financing (if required)

In an effort to appropriately thank our event sponsors, members and directors for their contributions to the HHF, the corporate or personal names are posted on our website with prior notice to all parties involved. (Note - no personal information other than the corporate and/or personal name is posted on the website.)

Accuracy of Information Database
HHF is committed to keeping an accurate mailing list and to the best of our knowledge does not mail out unsolicited material to individuals. Any person who has received mailings from HHF in error and/or wishes to be removed from our mailing list and/or our website is asked to send an email to
info@hhf.ca. Please allow 5-7 days for the request to take effect.

Sharing of Personal Information
HHF does not sell, trade, rent or otherwise share personal information with any third party.

Access to Personal Information
HHF's members, directors and supporters are allowed access to their personal information. Anyone wishing to change all or part of their personal information within our database, or to be removed from our mailing list, is asked to contact HHF in writing either by email at info@hhf.ca or by mail to:
